兵庫県神戸市東灘区の一戸建て。オーナーの希望を容れ、白く四角く非常にかわいらしい仕上がりとなった。螺旋階段と大きな窓がポイント。フローリングの厚みのある木の感じやタイルの陶器らしい感触、階段や窓枠のスチールも好評を得た。 敷地面積に限りがあったり、道路と敷地の高低差もあったところを様々に工夫して設計した。水回りを一箇所にシームレスにまとめることで家事動線にも配慮している。リビングルームには林嘉一氏の絵を飾り、庭にはハイノキを植えた。

A single-family house in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. The owner's wishes were accommodated, and the white, square, and very cute finish was achieved. The spiral staircase and large windows are key points. The thick wood of the flooring, the ceramic feel of the tiles, and the steel of the staircase and window frames were also well received. Despite the limited site area and the difference in height between the street and the site, the design was ingenious. By seamlessly integrating the water areas in one location, we were able to take into consideration the flow line for housework. A painting by Yoshikazu Hayashi is displayed in the living room, and a Japanese cypress is planted in the garden.
